What is the My INNISFREE Rewards?
My INNISFREE Rewards is a new upgraded membership program in Hong Kong and Macau store that allows you to earn points on valid product purchases and with additional members-only benefits. Customers can join the membership program with any purchase.
How do I become a Premium member?
Welcome members will become premium member INSTANTLY once the 12-month purchase amount is HK$700
How do I become a VIP member?
Welcome members will become VIP member INSTANTLY once the 12-month purchase amount is HK$1,500
How to earn points?
Members will be entitled to earn points based on the net price
Welcome member (100% of the net purchase amount e.g. spend $100 and receive 100 points)
Premium members (150% of the net purchase amount e.g. spend $100 and receive 150 points)
VIP members (200% of the total net amount e.g. spend $100 and receive 200 points)

* Members are required to notify INNISFREE Hong Kong for any discrepancies on the points balance within 30 days of transaction.
How do I redeem membership points? (50 points = HKD $1)
All accumulated points can be used with purchase. (50 points carry value of HKD 1 / 1,000 points carry value of HKD 20)
* Points cannot be used when redeeming discount coupons or purchasing promotion items.
* Points accumulated are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
* Items which are paid in full / partial through points are strictly not allowed for exchange or return.
When will my membership points expire?
All accumulated points will be voided automatically if there is no transaction within 12 months.
